Built in 1978, this conference center underwent a radical restoration intervention, and now boasts a capacity of 790 seats, which makes it one of the major centers in Sicily.

The intent of Fondiaria SAI, owner of the hotel and resort, was to improve its quality from an architectonic and aesthetic point of view, as well as the equipment and functionality, so as to make it the most modern and technologically advanced of the region.

The intervention modified the outer facades, simplifying the lines and volumes of the building, and harmonized the various buildings of the complex. Visually, two forms have been specially highlighted: the footing, characterized by dark lava stone walls, and the lobby, featuring light ventilated Modica stone facade.
