A cultural and multimedia center featuring meeting rooms, library, multimedia services center, social activities and associations facilities, town storage space, and technologic station. The surrounding outdoor area was enhanced with the creation of a garden, a car park, and pedestrian walkways.
A compact building, made of a single geometric body, with an immediately perceptible square plant, and a cloister-dome roof made from a cylindrical section. 
Though this is a multifunctional building, the body and the single roof symbolize the unity and complementary nature of its functions.
Also, the monolithic, compact body of the building, together with the choice of materials and technology used, contributes to cost containment.
