The preliminary draft is divided into two different level of intervention.
The first include both the renovation of a part of the mezzanine floor and the expansion of it into the south courtyard in order to create a conference room. It is also provided the realization of the International Training Center for Trauma Emergency Management, Maxi Emergency and Management of Heath Systems.
The second level of intervention consist of the cleansing of the roof (roof tiles containing asbestos removal and replacement with new tiles in zinc-titanium) of both buildings, the small ones located in the inner coutyard and the bigger one.
The buildings where is provided an  intervention are subject to Monumental constraint and for this reason it was necessary to request the permission. Both permissions have been obtained from the Superintendence, in particular one for the interventions on the roofs and one for the renovation and expansion of the Mezzanine Floor.
