Buonomo Veglia srl and PAT. won the competition for the new TEA spa headquarters, a company that runs the public utility services in the city of Mantova relating to water, electricity and environment. The intervention area is located within a territory of great environmental value, adjacent an important city park.
The building complex is formed by three green hills, surrounded by a pedestrian walkway and cycle path that run into the park and sport activity areas. The three hills will house offices and chemical laboratories, warehouses, covered car parks, workshops, and a waste collection site.
