The four buildings of the original Superga headquarters are intended for a new clinic, serving the newly built areas around Spina 3.

Having a historical and architectural value, the restructuring is supported and protected by the Superintendency for Cultural and Artistic Heritage of Piedmont

Right at the center of the complex, a new fully glazed volume hosts the stairs, the elevators and a large full-height atrium that will exploit the winter sunshine (regulated by aluminum and polyester curtains) to heat the rooms and the "chimney" effect for natural summer ventilation.

Structural interventions are particularly delicate. To meet the new requirements, beams and pillars require reinforcements with carbon fibers.
